23rd - IRS starts accepting 2022 tax return

31st -Business to submit 1099NEC forms

15th - Partnership and S-Corporation Tax Federal Tax returns due

April

1st - State Annual filings due (LLC or Corporation filings)

15th - Individual and Corporation Federal Tax Returns due

15th - State business tax filings due

15th - Estimated Tax Filings for Quarter 1 due

May

15th - Nonprofit Federal Reporting due

July

15th - Estimated Tax Filings for Quarter 2 due

September

15th - Partnership and S-Corp Federal and state returns that have filed for automatic extensions due

October

15th - Individual and Corporation Federal returns that have filed for automatic extensions due

15th - Estimated Tax Filings for Quarter 3 due
